To cap off the RGR training program, UN-Habitat together with DHSUD is organizing a City-2-City Learning Exchange on December 9-10, 2021. The primary objective of the C2C Learning Exchange is to facilitate knowledge sharing and learning between participating cities and for the DHSUD to capture local efforts and transformational practices on RGR that will contribute to resilience building and sustainable urban development.
Objectives
- To showcase RGR strategies, programs, and projects of the City of Ormoc and Tagum City by using urban planning and design (presentation and site visit to proposed projects).
- To facilitate dialogue and peer-to-peer sharing, to process the experiences and learnings on resilient and green recovery planning and mentoring sessions.
- To capture learnings on urban planning and design (proof-of-evidence) among the partner cities as an input to the CLUP and LSP formulation, Green and Resilient Human Settlements Framework and RGR agenda of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.
