The mentoring session intends to increase the skills of designing and developing open and public spaces projects of the city staff. In particular

  1. To identify, prioritize and develop projects in open and public spaces that exhibit and resilient and green approaches in urban design across scales that is consistent with its strategies and policies.
  2. To develop the project structure and implementation that foster wide stakeholder collaboration and targeted resource mobilization.
  3. To understand project monitoring and evaluation that includes highlights development and climate indicators.
