In line with the department’s commitment to promote climate-responsive and sustainable urban development, members of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Technical Working Group (TWG) for Building Climate Resiliency through Urban Plans and Designs (BCRUPD) project engages in a 2-day work-planning session. This session is a platform for the TWG, composed of representatives from different bureaus, to discuss updates under the UN-Habitat Philippines' BCRUPD project and harmonize the planned activities for the next three to six months.
These include milestone activities for the department such as the development of the Resilient and Green Human Settlements Framework, the National Guide on Climate Resilience in Urban Planning and Design, to name a few.
